This year is very unusual!
I can feel that the normal life was happening from January till March only. Next, Many People around the world get infected with this tiny evil creatures called Corona Virus. This virus have forced us to stay at home! It means “NO” gigs for the bands, so sad isn’t it? Shiny Happy have been trying to find another way of having fun even though there are no face to face gigs yet. There are so many bands around the world have participated in shiny happy’s “Our Secret World Quarantine Session”. We have been doing this gig since the beginning of the pandemic and hopefully we will keep doing this until we can meet again in face to face gigs. I can’t believe this is almost the end of 2020, things getting better(at least in some parts of the globe). I think it’s a great idea to do a Holiday Christmas Compilation. If you notice, the bands appear in this comp mostly the ones that have played in the gig “Our Secret World Quarantine Session” . Some of them haven’t played yet but I recently communicate with them quite often and I think it’s a great idea to invite them as well. As the results, there are 23 bands from different parts of the globe have contributed. In this comp, there are bands from Indonesia, Philippine, Japan, UK, US, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, and Germany. Hopefully, this comp can be a precious gift for you from us, Shiny Happy Recs and the bands as we wish for a better life in 2021. I would like to say thank you to the bands and Madoka who made the beautiful artwork.
